1. Who We Are

This privacy policy explains how IntelligenceQ Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit intelligenceq.ai (the “Website”).

IntelligenceQ Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14576607, with offices in London, United Kingdom, and Delaware, United States. We are the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation.

For any privacy-related enquiries, please contact us at info@gyanimed.com.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Analytics Data (with your consent)

When you consent via our cookie banner, we collect anonymised analytics data through the following services:

  • Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MQN4TCCC) — manages analytics tags on our behalf. GTM itself does not collect personal data but enables Google Analytics and related services to operate after consent is granted.
  • Plausible Analytics (when enabled) — a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and processes all data within the European Union.
  • Web Vitals — performance metrics (Cumulative Layout Shift, First Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, Largest Contentful Paint, Time to First Byte) transmitted to our analytics providers after consent to help us monitor site performance.

No analytics data is collected until you explicitly click “Accept All” on our consent banner. If you click “Reject All” or do not interact with the banner, no analytics data is collected.

2.2 Local Browser Storage

We store two items in your browser’s localStorage (not cookies). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server:

Name Purpose Type Values
intelligenceq-theme Remembers your light/dark theme preference localStorage “light” or “dark”
iq-consent Records your cookie consent choice localStorage “granted” or “denied”

2.3 External Resources

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google may process your IP address and browser information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. No cookies are set by Google Fonts.

2.4 What We Do Not Collect

This Website is a static informational site. We do not:

  • Operate user accounts or require registration
  • Collect information through forms (all contact is via email links handled by your own email client)
  • Store data in any database
  • Use advertising cookies or tracking pixels
  • Engage in cross-context behavioural advertising
  • Sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party
  • Use automated decision-making or profiling

Advertising-related consent categories (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are permanently set to “denied” and cannot be enabled through our consent mechanism.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

3.1 Consent (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a))

Analytics data is collected only after you have given explicit, informed, and freely given consent via our cookie consent banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser’s localStorage or by using your browser’s privacy controls.

3.2 Legitimate Interest (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f))

We rely on legitimate interest for:

  • Storing your theme preference in localStorage (essential functionality that enhances your browsing experience)
  • Recording your consent choice in localStorage (necessary to respect your privacy preferences across visits)
  • Loading Google Fonts for site presentation (necessary for the proper display and functioning of the Website)

4. How We Use Your Data

Where analytics data is collected (with your consent), we use it exclusively to:

  • Understand aggregate visitor patterns (page views, referral sources, geographic regions)
  • Monitor website performance and loading times
  • Improve site content, structure, and user experience

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than improving the Website.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Website uses Google Consent Mode v2 to manage tracking consent. The default state for all consent categories is “denied”. When you accept analytics, only the analytics_storage category is set to “granted”. All advertising-related categories remain permanently denied.

Category Default After Accept Purpose
analytics_storage Denied Granted Enables analytics cookies
ad_storage Denied Denied Advertising cookies (never enabled)
ad_user_data Denied Denied Ad-related user data (never enabled)
ad_personalization Denied Denied Ad personalisation (never enabled)
personalization_storage Denied Denied Personalisation cookies (never enabled)
functionality_storage Granted Granted Essential functionality

Google Tag Manager may set cookies only after you grant consent. We do not set any first-party cookies directly. For details on cookies set by Google services, please refer to Google’s cookie policy.

  • An adequacy assessment ensuring that the level of data protection is not undermined by the transfer

Plausible Analytics processes all data within the European Union and does not transfer data outside the EEA.
