Swapnil Khadke, PhD
Co-founder and CEO
Dr. Swapnil Khadke is a pharmaceutical scientist and entrepreneur with expertise in AI-driven drug development and pharmaceutical innovation. With a PhD in Health Sciences from Aston University, his research focused on lymphatic-targeted liposomal products for cancer vaccines. His career spans academia and industry, where he has pioneered microfluidic manufacturing for liposomal products and AI-driven drug optimization. He has led groundbreaking research integrating AI into pharmaceutical pipelines, optimizing drug development processes, and addressing key challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Dr. Khadke’s contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Future Innovator Award and Young Scientist Award. Passionate about bridging research and real-world applications, he is committed to advancing scientific discovery and accelerating drug development.

Neil Robertson
Co-founder and CTO
Neil Robertson is a software engineer and technical leader with over 15 years of experience in software development, AI-driven solutions, and cloud computing. His expertise spans system architecture, scalable design, and cost optimization, with a strong foundation in Python, AI frameworks, and AWS infrastructure. Before co-founding IntelligenceQ, Neil spent a decade at JP Morgan, where he led teams in cloud migrations, regulatory reporting systems, and patented automation tools. He has designed mission-critical financial systems, developed AI-powered knowledge solutions, and contributed to cutting-edge advancements in graph-based data integration. Neil holds a BSc in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Passionate about innovation, he continues to explore AI, cloud scalability, and knowledge-driven software solutions.

Dennis Christensen, PhD
Scientific Advisor
Dr. Dennis Christensen is a leading vaccine researcher with over 18 years of experience in vaccine formulation and delivery systems. His work has driven major advancements in adjuvant development, including the CAF® series for early-life and cancer immunotherapy vaccines. As a part-time Research Professor at the Center for Vaccine Research at Statens Serum Institut (SSI) in Copenhagen, his research focuses on mucosal vaccination and novel mRNA-based delivery systems, bridging academic innovation with industrial application. Dr. Christensen holds a PhD in vaccine formulation and has played a key role in accelerating next-generation vaccine development, strengthening global partnerships, and advancing pharmaceutical innovation.

David Steiner
Technical Advisor
David Steiner combines hands-on engineering expertise with technology leadership, specialising in high-performance, cloud-native systems. His technical depth spans infrastructure, security, networking, and application development, with particular focus on Python, Rust, Go, and TypeScript. As the former head of technology at Validus Risk Management, David led the modernisation of the company's technology platform, transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a cloud-native microservices infrastructure. He scaled the engineering department and established practices focused on technical excellence, while maintaining oversight of architecture, compliance, and security. Since leaving Validus, David has focused on helping startups that advance meaningful scientific domains, combining his technical expertise with his passion for impactful innovation. David holds a BSc in Quantitative Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and an MSc in Software Development from the University of Glasgow.

Chris Rushworth is a digital product leader with a track record of delivering transformative solutions in the technology and healthcare sectors. He has played a pivotal role in shaping healthcare technology, contributing to Cerner Millennium, a leading electronic health record (EHR) platform, and NHS Choose and Book, which revolutionized patient access to care in the UK. He has also led telehealth advancements through Doctor Care Anywhere, improving virtual consultations and healthcare accessibility. With a passion for technology-driven impact, Chris continues to drive innovation, bridging the gap between emerging trends and real-world solutions.

Priya Kalia, PhD
Communications Advisor
Dr. Priya Kalia is a communications and strategy expert with over a decade of experience in science, technology, and life sciences media. She has worked with global organizations to amplify impactful stories through strategic campaigns, writing, and research. A former journalist for leading life sciences publications, Priya has covered groundbreaking advancements in biotechnology and AI. She also hosts The Science Tribe, a podcast spotlighting innovators in science and technology. With a PhD from UCL and a BSc from the University of Toronto, she has 12 years of experience in regenerative medicine research. Priya serves on the Advisory Board of BioPartner UK and is the Industry Liaison for the Cambridge Materials Society, contributing to international trade and scientific collaboration.
